Hello, I've just recently (today) setup my website with the x10 hosting.
I've configured my domain as an 'Addon Domain' using the NS1/NS2 name servers correctly on my GoDaddy domain eiknu.com

It worked at first, was showing the directory root and had no problems.
I then configured my Filezilla access which also worked at first.

I was then getting connection time out when trying to connect a second time to the FTP.
Status: Resolving address of ftp.eiknu.com
Status: Connecting to 69.175.121.66:21...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

I then tried connecting to eiknu.com and also tried my default domain cora.elementfx.com but I am unabe to connect with the error 'Connection reset while loading page'. >-<

I'm also incapable of connecting to the CPanel due to the same error :[
I can check my Account Summary but when I click 'Login to CPanel' (https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/) I get the connection reset :s

Any help would be appreciated :]

I am currently able to reach https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and cora.elementfx.com with no problems. cora.elementfx.com is showing a directory listing (no index.html or index.php). Clear your browser cache and try again. It is possible that there was some kind of temporary issue which has resolved itself. If none of these suggestions work then just post back here again and we will attempt to assist you farther.

I tried clearing cache and restarting my computer but it still produces the same error on my home connection.

I tried a different connection and it seems to work fine, so what could be preventing it from working on my connection?

If you cannot even see your site via a browser, but you can if you try via a proxy, it sounds like x10hosting has blocked your IP for some reason.

Several failed logins(ie mistype password or username), trying to connect to ssh, too many FTP connections, etc seem to set off the firewall.

Ohh..
That sounds like it could be the case ;s
Considering I tried SFTP before FTP in Filezilla but it didn't let me connect so I changed it to FTP.
Is there any way around it otherthan having to use a different connection? :[

Ok. Will escalate this to a Support Ticket so an Admin can check to see if your IP is blocked.
This will close the thread but you will be able to access the ticket via the yellow bar that will appear at the top.
