connection time out

Account was unsuspended yesterday, but still can't get to site or cpanel. Connection time out every time. All on account details is green light and ok.:dunno:

Still times out. Could it be pc? If so, how? I've been using only one of two pc's and this is one of them. No changes have been made since I started posting.

Did you try clearing out the cache and flushing the DNS?

Same problem here, try to get to your site through a proxy and see. This is a major problem since the last server transfer.

Could anyone explain to me what do in english. This is all new to me and things like 'flushing' doesn't sound as if it can be associated with a pc.

Yes. Can't connect from home or work now. Went to an internet cafe yesterday and was able to view my site. But couldn't get into cpanel. Wouldn't it just be easier for a novice (dunno what's below that) like me to start from scratch and reregister?
