Connot create email accounts

I just got a new account and I am in cpanel setting up email accounts (something I do all the time in cpanel on other hosts) but all I get is the following error:

Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts.

Help!

Not your fault, most likely. SMTP (e-mail) is temporarily down on all the free servers at the moment, due to server upgrades or something like that in progress. See here:

So just wait for them to finish doing whatever it is they are doing, I guess.

Incoming mail seems to be working now, but forwarding is not working, so outgoing mail might not be working. For some reason, I can't stay logged into Horde long enough to send mail, but I am able to read through the CPanel file manager.

Try clearing your cookies/temp files also check your security settings on the browser to make sure you allow cookies, possibly add the site to your "allowed sites" list.
