Console login

How do you do a console login to a website server.
I want to put tables in mysql and compile some c++ cgi.

There is no shell access on free hosting. You can control MySQL from phpmyadmin (this lets you run sql commands), just remember to create databases and users in cpanel. Compiling *might* be possible (I don't know if there's a compiler on the server) if you write a web accessible shell script running the correct commands, and then calling it via browser to run it, but that might be against resource-usage rules here.
