Contact form hotmail

Hi,
I created a contact form with rapidweaver.
Everything seems to work perfectly, but when the user fill the email form with an hotmail account, the message is displayed as sent but I don't receive it on my mailbox (which is myname@mydomain.com)

That only happens with the hotmail accounts.

Is there a solution?

yes I checked.

I tried with a gmail account, hotmail account, and from my domain account.
The 3 of them don't show contact from users using hotmail account.
I checked the spam folder for the 3 accounts

Hello,

I believe GMail and Hotmail don't accept messages from x10's servers due to past abuse. This means they won't even be put into junk, they just don't appear.
