its usually just under normal browsing , i presumed it was just me being an admin and overloading things when editing the back-end, but other users on my site have reported the issue from just general browsing and signing up
i know this is free hosting and i maybe shouldn't expect much but i love my hosting here and would rather hope to sort it than leave
