I have newly registered for a free account. Now i cant access the control panel and web mail services.
Please rectify and notify me as soon as possible.

Well, it seems you have not gone to co.cc and set the nameservers to point to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

because I see the co.cc "Please set up the domain in 48 hours. If not, we will cancel the registration" page.

That might be the problem.
