Control Panel and FTP not working

Looks like they are both timing out.
Control Panel:
This site can’t be reached
x15.x10hosting.com took too long to respond.

FTP:
Status: Resolving address of x15.x10hosting.com
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.15:21...
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Is there any way this could be fixed?

Your IP was blocked in the firewall, due to Failed DirectAdmin login.

I have unblocked the IP.
