Control Panel Login Started Failing (Any help?)

Hosting Control Panel Login Error. Suddenly can't log in to control panel tonight. Worked fine earlier for hours. Now get:

An error occurred during a connection to x##.x10hosting.com:2222. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

x10hosting.com does not provide a cert for this site now. Try with just http:// and get stuck on

Tried:
1) Clear browser cache and cookies, then try accessing the control panel again
2) Tried new private window in Firefox
3) I don't like Chrome or Safari, so I did not try them. Firefox worked earlier.
4) Seems similar to this (https://community.x10hosting.com/th...2222-cmd_login-unreachable-for-3-days.211586/) so in WordPress I checked for plugins that do SMTP, but all were disabled.
Need x10 help on this.
