Control Panel Manager question

where in file manger do i put my website data? Im trying to up load my php nuke using filezilla but i cant figure out what file to use on the file manager

Which one do i use and what sub root do i use. Very new to this kinda stuff.

Home Directory

Web Root (public_html/www)

Public FTP Root (public_ftp)

Document Root for:

You put it in this Directory:

public_html

so this one? Public FTP Root (public_ftp)
