control panel password reset

I have lost my login details for my x10hosting control panel. I also don't seem to have the correct answer to my security question.

I can login to my account all right, just lost the details for my control panel.

You can login here http://x10hosting.com/login.php using your forum username and password, and then reset your password for your cpanel there.

If you do not know the answer to your security question, you will need help from an account manager so they can reset it. I will escalate this thread up to an account manager so you will receive assistance with getting your account credentials back.
