Control Panel - "Site Can't Be Reached"

HELP!
I am unable to access my hosting control panel and my website is also having issues, I'm sure the issues are correlated but I cannot get into the control panel to access the problem. Any assistance would be great! FYI I'm using the xhosting basic plan.
