I signed up and I can't access my control panel. It keeps telling me this page can't be reached.
Any help on how I may resolve this issue?

at what URL do you receive that error ?

I log in ok, I get that issue when I press the cpanel button

It's very likely that you have a firewall in the way with port 2083 blocked. It's common in public access points (schools, libraries, workplaces), and it's often the default with a local machine firewall as well.
