Coparte ad enhanced plan

hi,
i submitted a form to sign up for add enhanced hosting to upgrade from my old account but i still havent got any confirmation of my account being created, i have been waiting 2 hours any ideas?

Our ad enhanced server is not accepting new accounts, due to maintenance. Our records indicate your account has been created though.
