Hello I get this error can you help please

Critical error
PHP running on your server does not support the GD image library, check with your webhost if ImageMagick is installed
Edit:
after reading some post I just need to know how to activate Imagemagick
or could a Admin please install it ?

Did you upgrade your PHP version?

php version 5.2.8 according to php.net 5.2.9 is newst but all the fixes they did have nothing to do with my problem I think the admins just need to install Imagemagick on the server and i will be good to go
