Copy tables to another Database

Can anyone post the method to copy or export selected tables from a particular database to another database on the same site?

Google for SQL SELECT INTO. MySQL doesn't support it, but you can find alternatives on their dev site

is it very lengthy thing?
coz my work is fairly small
so i dont want to waste my time if its not worth for just a work.

I guess it's not lengthy thing, but you can always back up your tables using PhpMyAdmin or cPanel and then import them

should I run that SELECT INTO syntax under sql query window?
and of which database? where i am moving it right?
