Copyright infringement

If this is the right place to post i have a question. Are game trailers and demos considered copyright infringement. My site is a gamers place to to read news, info and trialers to new games

I would imagine in-game demos that you recorded would not constitute infringement. Game trailers though would be a no-no. Consider embedding trailers from the authors site if you would like to include them in your site.

When you say embedding do you mean like in flash.

Yeah. Flash videos are embedded from other sites such as YouTube. This saves x10 from the hassle of DMCA notices and saves your bandwidth.
