Corporate Ad - vBulletin

I'm currently using vBulletin (3.0.7) and the skin vBRocking by Transverse Styles. Anyways, the Ad for the Corporate Plan isn't showing up. Anyone know why not?

I'm willing to give an admin or mod temporary administrative access to install the banner if they could.
