Corrupt Folder?

Hello. I am hosting files for my Counter Strike Source server through x10hosting and while trying to connect to my game server, I was recieving errors about missing maps. I went to go check the FTP server and it seems my folder that hosts the files has become corrupt. The folder says it was last modified December 31, 1969 at 6PM and I'm unable to open it or even delete it for that matter. I'm fine with reuploading the files its just that my FTP server's disk space is still used by this corrupt folder and I'm unable to delete it. I just want my space back as I've made a free account and am limited. Any ideas?

EDIT:
I've fixed the error. I was messing around with the permissions earlier and had execute disabled for all groups.

Also, if I try going into the directory containing the corrupt folder through FileZilla, I am unable to retrieve directory listing. I've also tried deleting the folder containing it as well with no luck. It just reappears.
