cossack server blacklisted for sending spam

The cossack server has been blacklisted twice in March 2010 for sending spam. It is currently blacklisted:
http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=74.63.233.5 and (if I understand correctly) requires action by the server administrator to achieve de-listing. I am currently unable to send emails.

Unfortunately, this happens often with shared hosting (both free and paid). Just one user could cause a server's IP to be blacklisted.

In addition, please note that PHP mail is currently disabled until server migrations are done, so emails might not work. Even though the server IP is blacklisted, your emails should still be sent, it just might end up straight in the Spam/Junk Mail box.

Forwarded on; admins might not do much until the server move is done all the way but it's forwarded on anyways
