Cossacks Problem Again!!

Hi..

Recently had a problem with my site http://theislamicnation.x10hosting.com where i would be redirected to the x10hosting home page.
I am on cossacks and my Cpanel username is simdeal.

Anyway the problem was something to do with updating work.

Then the problem changed to an SSL problem. When I tried to go on my site, it would give me a certificate problem and tell me to log in. Even my log in didnt work.

This has gone now as well only to be replaced with the redirection to the home page again.

I am a newbie to x10hosting and was chuffed at the hosting for the first few days. Now im a bit dissapointed. Is this a regular thing with x10hosting or a one off.

And when will it be fixed?

From the accounts page, and the news here, its been made very public that there are issues with the free servers, and that to rectify it, they are doing a lot of work and its going to take a couple of days to completely sort out.

Cossacks is going to be the last server they will fix (my site is on that server too)..

In short your server will resume some form of normality later today (it is hoped) and then once they have done the other servers our server will have all the data taken off, reformatted, and put back all nice and clean and good to go.

We just need to give the guys time and support while they do so
