Cossacks server down?

I'm having trouble accessing cPanel, FTP and HTTP on Cossacks, but the server status reports only HTTP being down. Anyone else on Cossacks having this problem?
Edit:
Sorry, never mind, turns out I got a 60 minute ban for high server usage. Never mind :(
