yes everyone on cossacks is down, it is a major gipp because i have clients picking up thier work from my website and they cant get it so..... its annoying
and we were so close to having one week free from no downs aswell oh well i am sure the admin staff will get it back up and running again

i think the problem is that the admins from Usa (i geus i dont now, last time also waitng so long till some replay/fix), around this time its morning there and whe guys have to wait till the come
And because of that at daytime my site is down and when its night here the site is up

I now you geuss do a good job, but this is the 2 time this week that waiting a hole day till restart server.

Again? Come on, guys.. the only dependable thing about Cossack is becoming it's unstability.

On the one hand, I hate to participate in sounding like a broken record, but x10Hosting should really know the scope of the problem. Sure, it's great to have such an expansive web server for free - I really do appreciate it. Or... I would if it were at all reliable.

Once this project is finished, I'm pulling out of x10Hosting. You guys must realize how embarrassing it is to tell a client "yep, I got the code updated; you can preview it on my site" only to be unable to upload anything for days at a time. I don't know about you guys, but I need to be reliable to be in business; x10Hosting is clearly not the place for me.

I fully agree with that, but why they are advertising 24/7 support and server up time 99,9% if its like 80-90%
