i think it has a lot of potential.
the only things i noticed that really need changed are:
> there is a lot of empty space at the bottom of the page, it look kind of sloppy.
> i think the text on the search box that changes from your site to the www is just a little too small, some people could have trouble reading it.
other than that, it looks good. i would give it 8/10.
