Could not connect to MySQL

Sorry for not re-opening my last thread as instructed but I don't know how to do it and am unsure whether or not I can. http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/131181-cpanel-mysql.html

I can not connect to MySQL, last time I was told to edit Remote MySQL which now is a rather large list as shown below:

lotus.x10hosting.com
mysql-lotus.x10hosting.com

Any help would be great, also, do I need everything on this list and if not, what should I remove.

Try adding Boru's IP address: 69.175.121.66
