Could not connect to the database server

i didnt use my site http://agrifriend.x10hosting.com/ for more than ten days ,when i visit my site recently i came to know it was blocked ,its my luck i am able to unblock my site but there is a problem

i am gotting error report like "Could not connect to the database server" i am using joomla CMS ,when i login to cpanel in admin mode i can use all the file and database tables.i dont know why i am getting that error please help me

can you signin to your PHPMYADMIN?
if yes ,your database is working.

you just login inthe x10hosting homepage (www.x10hosting.com) and you enter your forum ID and PW.

ther there willbe many indicator with light like..(apache server,mysql,..etc)
see if ther is green light in mysql server (which indicates that your sql server in on) If there ia red light.(it indicates that uar sql server is off)
