Suspension reason is listed as Inactivity. You can unsuspend yourself from inside of your Account Panel (from this page https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&suspension ) in the future.

Your account hasn't been restored since you didn't request a restore of your account after the server moves. You will need to wait for this account to be automatically terminated. Then you can signup for another account. We have deleted the backups from the server moves.
