Couldn't create an account for free hosting?

Hey guys,

I've recently just tried setting up a free hosting account twice on this site, and nothing happened when successfully entering email/password and such, just redirects me to a sign in page where I can't sign in (due to no account).

I wonder if people can help me, as I would like to start creating sites via this hosting service.
