When I tried to create counter and preview them, I receive message: Counter datafile "/var/cpanel/Counter/stevec.dat" must be created in cPanel first. What is wrong ?
you need to just touch file as " filename.dat" in the directory /var/cpanel/Counter having ownership as user.user where user stands for username of the domain.
