We can't manually create accounts anymore; the problem is we can't force-create the link between the forum and cpanel accounts, which causes problems later on with the Inactivity timer. For now, if your country is one of them that's blocked, we can't get past it. We're looking into eventually getting an application form set up for the folks who are in a country that's blocked, but until then there's not much we can do.

I know is too much to ask but I don't have any other method to do it:
Could you please do me the favor of creating an account and apply for the hosting and then send me the password? Please Livewire?

Did you not read what I had said before? We can't force-create the link required for the hosting to work properly. We -cant- make the hosting account.
