Country blocked

I have got "Country Block" issue on getting Host. I would like you to create one for me as:

cPanel username: almerio
Domain/Subdomain wanted: jorgealmerio.x10hosting.com
Mail: jorgealmerio@gmail.com
Default Site Language: English

Hello,

We cannot currently create accounts for people in blocked countries. Countries are blocked when the majority of their users sign up to simply abuse the service, so to maintain a higher quality of service to our users, we block them. This unfortunately has the side effect of blocking legitimate users as well, but there is really nothing we can do about it. You will either need to find a different free host, or check back here every so often to see if the block has been lifted.
