CP / FTP issues

[iinoddyii]

Hi,

just registered an account but am unable to FTP or access the user cp to upload files.

I have tried resetting the password a few times.


The error I receive when entering my userid iinoddyii and pw at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/login/ is login attempt failed

The errors I receive in filezilla whilst trying to ftp to iinoddyii.x10hosting.com are:

There's nothing wrong with showing the IP address to your site. That's a publicly available IP address that is shared with everyone on Stoli

Just as a heads up, remove the last i on your username and if your password is correct you should log in. The FTP username and password is the same information as your cPanel login. The username can have no more than 8 characters (your username for cPanel is iinoddyi), and your password is whatever you set it to.
