cPanel 11 and Ftp issue!

My cPanel takes 10 minutes to load and my ftp client which is smartftp uploads files every 10 seconds! This just happend! My website loads really quickly! What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Don't worry about it! Just checked again and everything is working now! It seemed to be that someone kept on calling us and my internet filter is broke so it kept on disconnecting and I never realized it! So I disconnected the whole phone from the wall in my kitchen and it started to work! It sorta reminds me of dialup! lol!
