Cpanel Access error

i was recently suspended for a forum software that was illegal and i v waited 7 days after that when i try to login using my cpanel username and password it wouldnt work. i have tried using the passwords that corey has sent me and they only access from the FTP Client. when i use those password on cpanel they will not work. is there a procedure for me to change my password to cpanel ? can i change it from the account management option or does it only let me change it after logging into the cpanel. here is my somain and my username
