Cpanel account not accesible

Hi,
I know this sounds like the same post as norbyte, but my problem is different.
I also can access my account, but cannot use cPanel, and i cannot have been suspended because my account is only a week old.

Flush your dns cache, restart your browser, and it should work.

You shounl't be getting a login box.
Until your DNS updates, you can login to cPanel by: http://74.86.116.187:2086/
