Cpanel acount terminated without notice?

Hi,

I'm Ad-free package user with cpanel username nutshell.

I've just noticed my webhosting account is currently down, with addition, when I trying to log-in to my account management panel, it requesting me to link my account to cpanel account (which is should be already linked).

The error message is my cpanel username couldn't be found,

Any idea about this?

BTW, my account had suspended several times, with the same reason, haven't visited forum for two weeks

OK, that really happens once or twice, I didn't visite forum for 2 weeks, but mostly after I unsuspend my account, (and logged-in to forum) it got suspended again in the next one or two days! :eek4: and so-on it's looping 'till my account terminated.

Why's that?

One more, is it possible to create new account after terminated?
do I need to create new hosting account? since my old account keep asking my cpanel username (that already terminated) when I logged in.

You can't have logged into these forums once every two weeks. This is 100% accurate and has never failed before, so you must have unsuspended it but not actually visited the forums afterwards.
