cPanel address or username password is incorrect

I can't log in cPanel https://lotusnew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ from this address, my username is regular6 but I can't use it. Help

Did you try http://ultimate.x10hosting.com:2082 or http://ultimate.x10hosting.com/cpanel I think you had the port wrong.
