cpanel and fantastico probs

Hi,

I'm having some problems using cpanel, it runs so slow, as well as my site.
If I click something I have to wait like 20 minutes before it comes on.
then fantastico: sometimes when I say install to public_html it installs to www!
And some of them won't even work after installation, like tikiwiki and joomla,...
It can't be my internet connection cause i'm on ADSL.
could you guys check it out?

One, I do beleve that Cpanel's priority is low on the servers and the sites are going slow today.
