CPanel and FTP are not working

My site is 'http://www.mdaserver.x10hosting.com'. When you try to log into the control panel, the page loads fine. THe problem arises when i try to log in. It says it is loading, but goes very slowly and usually will not log in. I am using filezilla and when i try to log onto my FTP account, it says it is connected but does not recieve any repsonse from host. I have also tried logging into my FTP through windows explorer, the contents do not load. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes many others have similar access issues,
you may try again later, it might be just x10 maintenance issue.

ah and thank you for such a quick response. The support of the free hosting accounts it very good for x10hosting.
Edit:
It seemed that as two of my problems fixed themselves, another one arose. My FTP and Cpanel started working in fine order again, but now my website has gone and wont load.
Will this fix itself like the others?
