Cpanel and FTP issues

Hello!

My name is Brent. I just opened my account (about 20-30 minutes ago).

I would like to log into my FTP so that I can start to upload some files i've been working on. However I always get a "Server Not Found" error in my browser. ftp.bowend3c.x10hosting.com/

My initial instinct was that I needed to set up an FTP account in Cpanel, but when I tried to log in, I got the same error

username bowend3c
http://bowend3c.x10hosting.com:2082/

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
