Cpanel and MySQL problem.

I changed the password for Cpanel and still can not login.
I have a problem with mysql database:
"SQL ERROR [mysqli]
Access denied for user 'cyber_north' @ 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) [1045]"
