cPanel and phpMyAdmin down?

I think that the cPanel and phpMyAdmin systems are currently down on chopin because I cant access any of the cpanel and my site is not able to grab anything from the database but it was able to about 20 minutes ago and I havent done anything to the site since. Can anyone confirm this outage and provide any more information on it and maybe a time that it should be restored by.

The servers had a moment of down time. However, they have been rebooted and should be functioning fine once more. If you are still having problems, please open a support ticket via the account portal.
