cpanel and webmail problem

I cannot access cpanel and webmail, when I do I get errors. Here is a pic of what I get.

from what I understand I need cpanel to work so I can use FTP that is the reason I signed up with x10hosting. I use a vpn for security so perhaps that is the problem?

I was unable to view the image you linked to.
Can you be more specific about the difficulty you are experiencing accessing cPanel?
You way wish to Change Your cPanel Password and see if that resolves the issue.
Also please post back with the specific issue or error message you receive when attempting to access webmail. And which webmail program or programs or you trying to access when you get the error?
