CPanel and website difficulties

Hi, I signed up with x10hosting a few weeks ago, and was told that there may be a wait on being able to use the webspace. I worked this out to be about 5 days. it has now been at least 10 days and I cannot view my cpanel or go to my website, the browser simply times out. I still have not received an e-mail saying that my webspace has become active?

What should i do for my webspace to work?

Currently HTTP is down on both Stoli and Absolut. Please wait for sometime for them to be up and running. Keep checking the server status for more updates.

This issue is resolved. There is currently a cPanel update being applied to the cPanel. This will cause issues for logging in until the update has completed.
