cpanel and website not loading!!

control panel's not coming up and the website's not loading... still. It's been doing it for 2 days and no one has yet to tell me anything about it.

Is there ANYONE that can fix this? and if not can I please get my account removed and try making a new one!?!?!

You've got an infraction for creating MULTIPLE threads for one issue. You already had one thread open and being answered.
