I can't access my controlpanel via the account management panel. It says "Login Failed" and I have forgotten the password for it.
How could i log in or restore my password and username? The one I use here doesn't work there.

Login in to here with your forum login:
http://x10hosting.com/control
At the top, click Account, then click update password.
Enter a new password

But what about the Username? it just doesn't let me in...

For the account panel ( http://x10hosting.com/control/ ), use eestikeel as your username and your forum password as your password.
