cPanel, Control, and Forum account compromised,

My cPanel, hosting control, and forums accounts were all compromised yesterday sometime, on the hosting control account, the email and password were changed, on the cPanel account the password was changed, and idk what evern happened to my forums account. the hacker deleted everything i had and replaced it with something defiling one of my friends. my website is paranoia-dev.org, my cPanel account username is pirogoet and i dont have access to the email account that i registered the hosting control account with, as that email was hacked to, and i cannot recover it.
