cPanel deleted. Can't unsuspend now.

My cPanel name isn't working to unsuspend my name, my site has been down for a long time now, and I would just make another username, but it says I already have a hosting account. I want to use my current (southpark4602) login name, but with a new cPanel name. ?

I made a new one, and it says it is up and running, but I still can't login to cPanel, it says "Login attempt failed.", so I don't know what the problem is.

Found out why.

My router is blocking port 2082, and I can get to it with a proxy. Thanks for you help, though.
