cPanel Error

Hello there, I used the same password for everything when setting up the account, and I can log in to edit my account details and the forums, but not cPanel. Any ideas? From reading the other threads, I'm assuming I should get it reset?

Try reseting the password. If that does not work then post back.

Same problem, I can logon on X10's site, and FTP, but NOT on cPanel. Whazzwrong? O_O

Thank Gawd I'm not the only one I have same problem helpz meeeeeeeee!!!!!! PEAS!!!!!!

I've already reset my password to log into account... but still can't log into cPanel. ArSUN is my 'log-in' username.

K just wanna add-onto my previous post.

Just to be clear.
My log on to X-10Hosting site/forumz: ArSUN (since 4 letter user not allowed)

Although, under "Hosting Account Information" & "Detailed Hosting Account Information" shows : [Account Username: rsun]

I've already reset my password once and it doesn't work with either username when I log-into cPanel. Part of the problem is not knowing exactly what username to use for ta0ism.pcriot.com

It just started working (without resetting the password, and using the same password as was stored in my browser the first time I logged in.)
