cPanel/Fantastico Error Message

I just checked the Fantastico section in cPanel and got this error:

Also, is there a problem with MySQL at the moment? In cPanel it says I am using "/3" databases rather than"1/3", and when I try to create new tables/add new users nothing happens.. it says they were created but then they are not displayed. The one database I was using cannot be accessed either: http://www.cynicalgames.com/techstop .

EDIT: It seems someone else has noticed the SQL problem and their topic was locked (http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=16314)... so I suspect staff knows about this problem then.
